Reservations and Cancellations Policies
Rooms and Rates:
During medium and low occupancy periods:
• Standard Room (2 Adults max.):
$85.00 per day, plus 17% tax.
• Junior Suite (2 Adults and 2 children max.):
$110.00 per day, plus 17% tax.
• Master Suite (5 Adults max.):
$220.00 per day, plus 17% tax.
Any extra guests incur a cost of $20.00 per day, plus 17% tax.
The prices may be higher during the High Occupancy periods of the year, such as holiday weekends, Easter week, and Christmas and New Year’s. During these high occupancy periods, these rates are subject to availability and may also require a commitment to a minimum number of nights per stay.
Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy is as follows: During the High Occupancy periods, cancellations must occur SEVEN DAYS prior to the first night of the stay. If the reservation is not cancelled by then, the guest will be subject to a charge equal to 50 percent of the original stay. If a deposit was tendered, and the cancellation is effectuated prior to the seven day period, that deposit will be fully refunded. If a deposit was tendered, and the cancellation was NOT effectuated prior to the seven day period, the deposit is non-refundable.
During medium and low occupancy periods, cancellations must be effectuated at least 72 hours (THREE DAYS) before the stay was to commence. If a reservation is not cancelled before this three day period, the guest’s credit card will be charged the equivalent of a one night stay, plus taxes. If a deposit was tendered, and the cancellation is effectuated prior to the three day period, that deposit will be fully refunded. If a deposit was tendered, and the cancellation was not effectuated prior to the three day period, the deposit will be reduced by the equivalent of one night’s stay, plus taxes, and the remainder will be refunded.
